Stary Browar Rzeszowski, located directly at the Old Town Square, is the first mini-brewery restaurant in Rzeszów. Stary Browar Rzeszowski is the only place of this type in Rzeszów which offers its own crafted beer. The unique taste guaranteed by professional brewers and the original production process ensure a really rare experience. Stary Browar Rzeszowski has also an Old Polish cuisine with mostly meat and traditional dishes.
The restaurant has an original decor: a large bar with copper elements, beer barrel-shaped lodge, wooden tables, high benches, a brick floor and interesting lamps. Visitors to Stary Browar Rzeszowski have the opportunity to observe the brewery, where brewmasters brew beer in front of the guests, as well as see the storage room with steel fermentors.
The beers produced in Stary Browar Rzeszowski are unpasteurized, unfiltered, naturally saturated with carbon dioxide, and subjected to fermentation and maturing for a long time. They are brewed locally, in small quantities and according to the original, constantly improved recipes of the brewers - Aleksander Helman and Marcin Jędrzejewski, who keep an eye on the quality of the products.
The advantage of the restaurant is an open kitchen, serving, among others: ribs marinated in beer, pork knuckle on fried cabbage, Rzeszów sour rye soup served in bread baked on the spot and traditional dumplings.
